I waited for over an hour and a half to be seen. Yes they were busy but it was the staff’s disorganization causing delays. They yelled at each other and did not know where to put people. Another medical staff barged into the triage room I was in with a cup of someone else’s pee and was swinging it around talking to the staff helping me. Just a very uncomfortable experience. The door was also left open while I was being seen. The doctor, Dr. King, was very professional and helpful and was the only good part about this visit.

No longer an urgent care.. should update your google page and your physical establishments sign instead of wasting peoples time.

I’m a delivery driver and pulled into this family urgent care on Knickerbocker for some emergency services after twisting my ankle on the job. They took care of the minor injuries right there and even offered some advice for follow-up care. The immediate care was exactly what I needed without messing up my schedule too much.
