I bought a 2024 Tacoma sr5 and every time I bring it in to get serviced there seems to be another issue every time the first time they didn’t change the oil after watching the service lady write it down everything I wanted done even after leaving the truck for 3 hours and all that was done was tire rotation then the second time it was the oil once again they didn’t change the oil after watching once more the lady write down everything I wanted done and then after finally getting my truck done after them pulling it into the s... read more
Service is excellent, selection is limited and I didn't get the car I truly wanted but I hope when I refinance since my car is still in great shape they'll let me trade for one I want. Their car wash "detail" job does suck though. They didn't clean my car at all. Dash was dirty still, all they did was shine up my tires and vacuum my floorboards. That's it. My rear cargo area was still dirty! But everything else is good. I'll go higher if they clean my car better and let me trade it when I refinance.
Terrible customer service.
