Stopped in today for a state inspection and my wipers were off and needed adjustment badly ( they were smacking the paint off around the windshield) They adjusted my wipers for me on the spot and got me and kids out of there quickly. UPDATE: I just bought my car and still had both keys in the car. I left one of them on the counter there at DOCS, they went way out of their way and tracked me on fb to return the key I didn’t even know was missing. Thanks guys
This place made me miss work and I had to spend way to much on something should have been a simple fix ..Took my suv in for simple new breaks tried having all 4 done well ..Break fluid all over thr place the.next day trying to make it to work had to be towed back home ..Took it back to Docs he comes out now it needs roters and now I go from not much to 1200 $ in the hole on top of missing work....I don't know much about cars and I'm thinking they seen that..I wouldn't take a bicycle to these people..And I had to have my SUV ... read more
Outstanding service. Knowledgeable, fair, and friendly. They pulled the transmission on my truck and replaced my rear main seal. Truck was clean no grease prints or oil on the body of the truck or in the cab. Highly recommended them and will use them in the future.
I see why everyone else rates this place so high. My family just moved to WV and these folks represent the character of the people in this state. Genuine. They saw me at 4:55pm and they close at 5pm. She gave me no attitude. She brought me in and I still finished up before 5pm. Thank you.
