We don’t normally write reviews, but we felt like we needed to comment on the exceptional service provided by Doc’s Roofing. LAUREN HARDER was just great in helping us navigate through the insurance claim process. She was right there with us from the start to the finish. We have over the years dealt with a lot of contractors and this was by far the best experience. Their customer service is top-notch.

We recently worked with Doc's Roofing on a full roof replacement following hail damage and a roof leak. The experience couldn't have been better. Their representative, Emily, was great to work with. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and was indispensable in guiding us through the process, including helping to facilitate matters with our insurer. I just had Docs replace my decking and roof in Mesquite Texas and could not be happier with the service Alexis gave and the quality and workmanship of all involved from the beginning to the end in 1 day. I Highly Recommend Docs...God Bless
