We worked with Kevin through the whole insurance process to get our new roof. He was great! Very attentive and helped explain the whole process from start to finish. The crew did a wonderful job installing our roof and cleaning up afterwards. Our new roof looks wonderful and we are so relieved it's done!

Shoutout to Doc’s Roofing for the brand new roof and gutters! In the spring, we got hit with a terrible hailstorm that damaged our roof. We reached out to Doc’s immediately, and after an inspection the very next day, we proceeded with a roof replacement — both the shingles and metal, as well as the gutters. They helped me navigate my insurance, which I was apprehensive about from never having dealt with a claim before. Wow! What an amazing company. Doc and his crews are top notch. Customer Service at its finest. Hard to find that these days. Doc is very responsive in our communication and very helpful with educating us on the process and working with our insurance. After a storm we found ourselves needing a new roof. We had seen Doc's Roofing working down the street from us and they seemed very efficient. We called and set up an appointment and worked with Donnie Stiles going forward. We had a lot of pushback from the insurance company and he was there to help us negotiate the process.
