Awesome staff, was in and out quick. The ATM machine was broken.
This place is so run Down and unorganized. Not what i would expect for a medical facility. Pulling up the property looked like out had just been hit by a tornado. Once inside it just gets worse. People waiting everywhere with no place to sit. No receptionist to greet you. Very very unorganized. Next time i Will drive another 20 minutes to go somewhere else.
Have been here several times, most recently for an MRI and the staff is wonderful. The admin staff is very efficient and the MRI techs are great. They take to time to explain the procedure and are very nice.
Rude very unprofessional!! Surprised they are still even open
Went today to DOC's and I was really nervous about having a closed MRI because I am claustrophobic. Everyone there was super nice and helpful. It took less time than an open MRI and I felt less caustrophobic than I thought I would. It was a much better experience than when I had the open MRI's. I would highly recommend going to DOCs.
