Great first time experience using Doc's to take an area rug away for cleaning as well as cleaning all the carpeting in our home. Rug looks amazing now and smells great. House also is so refreshed!
As usual was happy with the cleaning and I love the way the carpet feels when dried, not stiff like other companies. Also happy with the price! Thanks! New cleaning job this year. The guys that came out this year did a better job than a few in the past. It did seem like a wetter spot on the way out the door, so I'm not sure what happened. But other than that, they did great, will have them again. Thanks guys!
David was so great! He spot treated our high traffic areas and made the carpets look so, so good! He was efficient, pleasant & had great recommendations on continuing care.
