I really like the doctors from Docs. The offices are very organized Always call day before your appointment to remind you. Parking space available. Just a few steps at the entrance it makes easy for all patients.
Let me first say that some of the doctors at this practice are very good. The billing department however has caused numerous issues with out 100% coverage policy. They used incorrect Tax ID numbers on our claims. We in turn have been billed as if seeing a specialist when we were seeing our primary Doctor. Just had to shell out a lot of money because we don't trust any other podiatrist. Dr. Gagliano is the best around. What a shame to leave this practice because of continual billing issues.
