The receptionist is rude and doesn't take her job seriously. I tried calling 4 times and no answer then I finally showed up. Also they sent one of my daughters prescription to the pharmacy then didn't send the correct measurements for the second one and when the pharmacy tried calling to speak to them they didn't answer again. So now my daughter has to go to another doctor because your staff doesn't answer the phone. Get new employees
