I never leave bad reviews, but this is truly a horrible experience. After waiting for 20 minutes we found out there were no doctors on site and we had to do a telehealth appointment. It was a Saturday afternoon and the doctor was supposed to call in an urgent prescription for antibiotics. They failed to do so and then they were closed on Sunday. Was in and out quickly, but I’m not sure if I would recommend this place if you aren’t crunched for time. The COVID-19 rapid test procedure didn’t seem up to par. The swab was inserted for 1 second each in the shallow part of my nostril and the swab was placed back into the plastic/paper package where the nurse wrote down my name (vs. a receptacle used in other locations such as CVS). I asked the collection should have been longer, the nurse responded, “no, it’s fine.” For reference, CDC guidelines recommend 15 seconds. If y... read more
