I never leave bad reviews, but this is truly a horrible experience. After waiting for 20 minutes we found out there were no doctors on site and we had to do a telehealth appointment. It was a Saturday afternoon and the doctor was supposed to call in an urgent prescription for antibiotics. They failed to do so and then they were closed on Sunday. I have been to this location numerous times for covid testing. And I wanted to write my review, because of all these negative reviews, which make no sense whatsoever. Yes, we do have to wait a while to get a test, but it's because we are in the middle of a pandemic! It's not the staff's fault at all, who for the numerous times that I have been there for myself and my son, have been super nice, calm, and professional given the situation that they are dealing with.
