We had met the Owner of the Company twice when we had our home inspected also at our old place for a sewer issues. We had a plumbing issue over the weekend that a gentleman named Barry came out on Saturday. Worse place to get services done I do not recommend anyone to go here They are the rudest people I have ever encountered.. The guy that showed up was so rude wasn't even licensed to work was cussing around kids and ended messing around under my sink yanking on hoses cutting pipes and caused a leak and that's not even where the problem was it was under the house the guy came into my mothers house being very rude and ran out running his mouth And its not just the owner but his wife is very rude but all she does is answers phon... read more

Worked on drain line because lines were frozen now customer has leak to old water supply line under sink 40 year old trailer service to drain line done 3 months back did not work on supply line sorry they have leak we are not responsible
Do not use Doc's drain cleaning. I was a paying customer. I called and politely asked the OWNER for my invoice from October 4, 2015 and I also wanted to know how often the sewer drain needed to be cleaned so I can keep a good maintenance schedule (I just purchased my home). She told me she doesn't work for me, refuses to give me this information and hangs up on me. Very rude. I won't be using their service and highly recommend you go somewhere else. The technician that came out was very nice, but not the owner.
Doc's Drain Service has come to my home a couple of times now, and each time they've been highly professional, knowledgeable, and extremely competent! I had a backed up sewer on a recent Sunday and a small flood in my basement. I called Doc's and they arrived at my house 10 minutes later. They brought a plumber's snake that reached to the alley, and had us back in business in nothing flat. They worked to clear the clog and made sure all was well before leaving. I highly recommend this business to all!!

I called them about my toilet being clogged and not flushing properly. They came out in a timely manner, and fixed my problem. They were very informative and let me know what the exact issue was. Not to mention the pricing was great. I cannot thank them enough and will call them with all my future plumbing needs. Very excellent and friendly service
I recently had some plumbing done by Doc's drain service. They were very professional from start to finish. They showed up on time. They kept their work area very clean. They worked pretty fast and they charged a very fair rate for the services I received. I feel very fortunate to have found these guys and plan to stick with them in the future when more plumbing is needed. I highly recommend their services for any plumbing situations.
Let's see... I moved into a house that already had plumbing issues. This guy shows up, changes a valve and upstairs and replaces a handle and flopper downstairs. I specifically ask if there was anything stuck somewhere, because we had just moved into the house and did not want to get blamed for it. THE MAN SAID "NO". Yet, the owner of the house got charged $85 for a "hard object" removal and valve, $42.50 for toilet paper removal in a toilet HE put the paper in to test it, and 30.00 in parts...
