The receptionist was professional, she gave me the treatment plan to sign and the cost was $64.50. LaVerne, the hygienist was fantastic. Everything was tracking to be 5 stars until Susie told me as I was passing her by that I owed more money. That I owed $188.20 for treatment that I got on 19 April 2024. That's right, 15 months ago. Everyone is friendly and kind, with a lot of patience, empathy, and understanding. Treatment is efficient and thorough.
I have been seeing Orthodontist, Dr. Hanna, at Docs Dental since February. I needed to have a front lower tooth pulled. Dr. Hanna recommended Invisalign braces to bring the teeth together so there was no gap, I was very concerned about having the lower front tooth pulled and having a gap. Dr. Kathy pulled the tooth and I didn’t even know it had been pulled. Dr Hanna immediately put me on an Invisalign plan. Getting Invisalign braces is the best thing I’ve ever done. This establishment is unprofessional and lack customer service. Four times they have incorrectly booked an appointment. Four times I’ve drove to the dentist office to be told they’ve either canceled my appointment or didn’t book my appointment! I went today for a cleaning to be told I have no appointment. Both of the clerks were aloof and unprofessional. They didn’t offer to squeeze me into or book an appointment. I would like a call from the owner of this establishment! Very disappointed!! I just want a damn cleaning!
