This establishment is unprofessional and lack customer service. Four times they have incorrectly booked an appointment. Four times I’ve drove to the dentist office to be told they’ve either canceled my appointment or didn’t book my appointment! I went today for a cleaning to be told I have no appointment. Both of the clerks were aloof and unprofessional. They didn’t offer to squeeze me into or book an appointment. I would like a call from the owner of this establishment! Very disappointed!! I just want a damn cleaning!
Not the best experience after being in Okinawa and Alaska this dentist did not provide enough care and professionalism when it comes to patient comfort. The numbing process was painful and usually all my previous dentist will check my teeth afterwards with flossing through my teeth to ensure there’s enough space he did not. When I went back to get it corrected he made it seem like it was my fault. Just not the best experience I’ve had in the past 10 years in a dentist office.
We have had a few visits, including x-rays, exam by dentists and cleaning bybthe hygienists. All the people are nice, and very accommodating. It took me a second visit to get the actual cleaning complete, because the original appt had to be rescheduled (their issue), and I was put in for exam and x-rays only. Got a next day cleaning and it worked out. New team, but getting the hang of it and expect them to flourish.
Front desk person whom is the manager needs EXTENSIVE training on HIPAA and socialization. This place would be a SOLID 5 STARS if she was not there. Her voice carries and she likes to complain. 6/27/24: New office manger... seemed nice. Dentist seemed very nice too. BUT I was refused services today. Took my blood pressure once and turned me away with a referral. A slap in the face to Military Veterans. A solid ONE star!
