Toni Mitchell once again did an amazing job handling our purchase needs. I called, told her what I wanted and needed and within a couple hours the deal was ready to close. Their powertrain warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. I had motor issues and they would not service under the warranty because I was 5,000 miles late getting my plugs changed. I bought a 2020 Silverado in April 2020. After about a year, I had to replace a starter; replace a sensor that prevented it from starting. All of which was at my expense. Went to Doc’s interested in getting a custom order in for a Sierra. Ms. Toni was very respectful and kind to work with, providing me a selection of inventory Sierras to test drive, but I was clear from the get-go that I was specifically interested in getting a custom order put in as I was very particular about what I wanted. All staff at the location treated me kindly in that regard, explaining to me the custom order process and that it would take a couple of weeks to get the order in.
