Boy oh boy everything went wrong today working with this company. And the man that answered the phone and tried to help me. Not only was communications tough. But he refused to get me to a supervisor that could help. And that I could understand. Is their negligence on following up on my medical marijuana card. And the dates on the card has caused an avalanche of problems with the state marijuana board.
I waited on line for over an hour and no one answered it kicked me out and I had to re notified host my appointment was for 4:30 I got on line at 4:20 I even have screen shots of me waiting for host I wasted my hard earned money because they didn't answered and the phone number doesn't work
Once you show medical records the process is pretty quick and easy to get and renew the card and the doctors virtually have been pleasant. I just wish the doctors were more knowledgeable regarding the actual medicine and strains because I wasted a lot of money at dispensaries not knowing what exactly to try for my problems/pain and just having to try things until I figure it out.
