I had a wonderful experience with my dr today. I had issues with my phone blocking the number and my dr kept calling til I was able to answer! How kind of him for not giving up on me when my phonewas giving my trouble. He went though my medical history with me and explained how medical cannabis could benefit me. He was kind, knowledgeable, honest, and answered all of my questions. I cannot wait to see what the future holds in medicine for Texas. Thank you.

very difficult to reach your provider, request 'refills', discuss dosage. my provider Dr. Liu doesn't seem to have any respect for me. its like this is a mill and not a traditional practice. no way to message or call the clinic, talk to nurses, reach a 'pharmacy'. this is a very difficult enterprise to navigate as a patient and I'm sure its just as tedious on the other side of it too given the state's regulations.
