Dr. Martins requires that everything is paid in advance, including your initial consultation, weekly treatment and any surgical procedures, and then they bill your insurance company and send you a refund if your insurance pays. I had my initial consultation and X-rays on July 25, which I paid in full, and my insurance company paid him on August 8. It took a countless number of telephone calls before I was refunded MY money on October 3.
