Enjoyed the jet ski dolphin tour until the end. The jet skis are dinged and scratched ( as to be expected) yet when we came back to dock, guide said there was damage to a jet ski ( small ding) and he had to call his " boss". Was charged $65 for " damages". Clearly, they won't fix " damage" based on condition of all jet skis (1 took 15 min to start and other kept cutting out during tour). It felt like the con job or rip off scheme at end of trip. Will be calling BBB and resort we are staying in to have them remove this place ... read more
The staff was very nice and fun. It was our first time parasailing. They made it so comfortable. We will be back. We had a blast!
