Magically receive my Homestead exemption paperwork one and a half years after closing. Dockside and its staff is top-rate; always professional, efficient and extremely courteous. We had a remote closing which was a bit difficult for those in their late 70's; however, every question we asked was explained thoroughly and every step or change made was sound, sensible, and accommodating. The best part was you get to speak with your closer, every single time you call. You just cannot find a better group to work with than Dockside Title.

I can't say enough good things about Dockside Title. Julia and Ashlyn always take good care of me and my clients. They are quick to respond and make sure my transactions move smoothly. The office is inviting and they always have snacks on hand!
