Delivered my boat after telling me they did multiple checks on all systems. After I took delivery, I launched the boat and the ballast system didn’t work. Also didn’t include the table that comes with this model boat. After asking multiple times and being assured that my table was ordered and being delivered (because they admitted to breaking it), they began to ghost my calls. Needless to say I never got my table. Recently I had service done on my 2020 G23 SuperAir Nautique. I must say I was extremely impressed with the service. Sondra went above and beyond to make sure I was kept informed with everything they were working on. The boat was ready when promised and the boat was cleaned before I picked it up. I always thought that the sales process was great at Dockside Marine having dealt with Mark in sales.
