I purchased a boat trailer for a specific make and model boat. Afterward the dealer suggested that I needed to drill holes in the galvanized frame to move the brackets. According to the factory, I had to purchase new brackets at the cost of over $1,000. This turned out to be a bad deal for me. I’m glad I called the factory and didn’t follow the dealer’s unsafe solution.
Jeff and his team did a great job throughout the process. Any issues we had, Jeff was very quick to respond and address the problem. Our only minor complaint was that the dock was installed almost 3 months later than we anticipated. Very happy with the Wahoo product. Thanks again to Docks of Lake Norman.
