1 hour and 26 minutes is how long we had to wait on our entrées. At one point I had to flag down the hostess so my children could get a refill on their drinks. Our waitress keep disappearing for 20 mins at a time. When our food did finally arrive my mash potatoes were cold and hard, the seasonal veggies had enough seasoning on them to kill a horse. My ribeye was so so, tasted like the one I grilled out myself a few nights ago. So at least that was edible. This was our second visit to The Docks and will be our last!
Waitress was rude! When appetizer arrived it was cold to the point you questioned whether it had been cooked at all. Waited over an hour to get food. Drink refills only when you ask for them! Ordered a Hawaiian ribeye medium rare but it was over cooked and definitely nothing Hawaiian about it! We have ate at The Docks several times trying to give it the benefit of a doubt but it is always the same. Sorry about your experience this Friday our computer system was completely shut down which caused complication throughout the entire restaurant. If you want to give us another chance mention this post and we will be happy to give you a gift certificate. Sorry again management.
Maybe a bad night when we went, but I guess I might should be thankful when I ordered bread pudding and the waitress told us you probably don't want that, it is burnt.
