The apartment is in an excellent location, with shops, restaurants, and public transport all close by, making it very convenient for getting around. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the apartment was disappointing. Most surfaces were quite dusty, and there was noticeable mould in certain areas, which affected the comfort of our stay. I recently stayed in room 1705 in the NewQuay Nolan apartments in the Docklands private collection, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing overall. To start on a positive note, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. There were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the view from the room was genuinely amazing. However, the condition of the room and facilities did not meet expectations at all. Our three-week stay at Docklands Private Collection was absolutely perfect and made our trip truly memorable. All the staff were very friendly, and your prompt responses to our email inquiries made everything smooth and comfortable for us. We especially loved the Docklands area in the mornings — it was so beautiful and peaceful, and going for a jog there is something we will never forget.
