My colleagues and I stayed in the building at 198 harbor esplanade and a few of us had rooms that had drainage issues and smelled like sewer. The vent sysyem also doesn't seem to function so the only way to went after using the toilet our showering is to open the window in the living room. They also only "clean" once a week and it's a quick clean at best.

Just wanted to share my experience with Docklands private collections, it’s been outstanding from checking in to checking out. My partner and I have fell in love with the experience and service that we have been coming back and booking through Docklands private collections. I would 100% recommend to book with them. The apartment is in an excellent location, with shops, restaurants, and public transport all close by, making it very convenient for getting around. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the apartment was disappointing. Most surfaces were quite dusty, and there was noticeable mould in certain areas, which affected the comfort of our stay. It was also quite noisy at night, particularly from boats, which made it difficult to sleep. I recently stayed in room 1705 in the NewQuay Nolan apartments in the Docklands private collection, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing overall. To start on a positive note, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. There were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the view from the room was genuinely amazing. However, the condition of the room and facilities did not meet expectations at all.
