Our three-week stay at Docklands Private Collection was absolutely perfect and made our trip truly memorable. All the staff were very friendly, and your prompt responses to our email inquiries made everything smooth and comfortable for us. We especially loved the Docklands area in the mornings — it was so beautiful and peaceful, and going for a jog there is something we will never forget.

这次入住体验近乎完美，必须给房东点个大赞！房子紧靠着雅拉河，风景如画，每天散步都觉得心旷神怡。最棒的是地理位置，下楼步行2分钟就能到达免费电车站（Free Tram Zone），去市中心探索非常方便。 房东非常nice。我们第一天因为行程延误到得很晚，房东一直没有下班等着我们。入住后还非常热情地帮我们处理停车问题，详细介绍了周边的生活设施和交通攻略。整体是一个安全、高档的街区，还遇到这么Helpful的房东，真的让我们的旅程温暖了很多！

일단 위치 좋구요 나오자마자 무료트램 탑승가능하고, 강가라서 선선한 바람도 불고 공기도 좋아요 거실, 침실, 욕실 나뉘어져 있고 테라스도 있습니다. 주방시설이나 욕실시설 다 최상급이고.. 식세기에 세탁기, 건조기까지 다 구비되어있어요. 오스트레일리아데이 시즌에 방문했음에도 시내 타 숙소대비 저렴한 편이었어요. 아파트먼트다 보니 따로 청소서비스는 없었지만 세탁기가 있어 수건 세탁해서 쓸 수 있음. 티비에 유튜브 넷플릭스 다 되구요 건물도 카드 찍어야해서 보안도 괜찮고 엘리베이터도 두대나 있어서 편리해요. 체크인할때 보증금 200달러 결제되는데요, 전 체크카드로 결제하는 바람에 인출되었다가 체크아웃 후 3일 뒤쯤 입금되었어요.. 다들 현금 묶이는 거 싫으면 신용카드로 보증금 결제하시길..!! 메일로 문의사항 보내면 빠르게 답장해줘서 좋음!!
