We recently stayed a night in a 3 bedroom apartment with Docklands Private Collection and it was AMAZING!! The apartment was spacious, clean, beautifully presented and well-equipped. It had an incredible view of the docks all the way around to the city. We were staying with our 3 children. It was in excellent proximity to the city. The free tram service was right out the front of the building and we were able to easily make our way around the city using the trams. We very much appreciated the free parking. This place is very (very) tired and there's nothing "modern" about it despite their claim. Tiny rooms, no sunlight, horrific elevator, bad smell, terrible kitchen. Overpriced too. Many other cheaper and much better places to stay. I paid less at Oaks Collins which is very good and was a massive relief to get out of this place.

I cannot fault anything about this place! I stayed here for a bit over a week and I wished I stayed longer. The room was spacious and clean, with the balcony overlooking the water. Conveniently close to Marvel stadium, as well as tram lines into the CBD. I arrived after hours and check in was quick and simple. This is a beautiful spot, and would recommend this location to anyone who wants an amazing view and close to the city!

I love this location, it’s close enough to the CBD and just far enough away. Wonderfully quiet of a night, spectacular views and plenty of restaurants and hotels and shopping to visit all within walking distance. Tram station right on the esplanade and trains on the other side of Marcel if where you’re going is a little to far to walk. This will always be my go to when visiting beautiful Melbourne!❤️
