Always does wonderful work for us with our plumbing, HVAC, or electrical issues. We have used Dockerys for years at our home and have never had a problem that they couldn’t satisfy for us. Great communication from the girls in the office and Trent. Would recommend Dockerys to a friend or a neighbor in the future.
We’ve used Dockery for years. In-laws used them before us. Had good experience, until… Contacted them for installation of faucet at street meter site. They said they’d come out on 4/16, and they did (yay!). They said they’d come back at 2 p.m. on 4/24 to complete the job. We added a second inside job to replace a small length of pipe (small job), and they again said 4/24 (nice, since one visit for two small projects). No show and no call on 4/24.
