Another Vet in Albany that wants you to only buy your pets expensive medicine from them. If you try to use Chewy or 1800PetMeds they will send you a bullshit letter telling you that they won't see your pet anymore or simply refuse service. I have proof and I wish you would challenge me to show it.

Vets seem to be without personality and vet staff treat visitors like they are working a telemarketing call center. No matter how much business you do with them you are always a stranger.
