We had to board our babies Bellamy and Clark for the first day time. They came home bathed, well fed, and happy. Thank you all so much!
If you are looking for good service or a pleasant repor between staff and customers you need to look for a different vet. Vets seem to be without personality and vet staff treat visitors like they are working a telemarketing call center. No matter how much business you do with them you are always a stranger.
Does not provide after hour emergency care & was told we'd have to drive to Valdosta. What vet doesnt care about their patients enough to provide after hour care. I would think a veterinary clinic would think our pets are family members just like we do. Our dog was very sick & having a stroke but could not get care. Other vets in this town do but we've been using this vet for 50yrs & idk when they stopped having after hour emergency care but that's when they quit caring about our pets! We had an emergency with our dog and called Dockery, Mobley, and Associates Animal Hospital yesterday. They told us we could do a drop-off first thing this morning. We rearranged our schedules and took off work to make it happen. When we arrived, the front desk told us they had spoken to me that morning (they hadn’t), and then casually said there were no appointments available—despite me receiving a text reminder for the drop-off. Im honestly wondering why your website says open…. the hours of operation say open… yet when calling the number that is plastered all over your website I’m being told your closed. THEN i call back an hour or two later just incase you all were maybe on break… now the line is disconnected. UNPROFESSIONAL. I need vet documents for my esa and cant get in contact with anyone & I no longer reside in albany to come in person. Ridiculous i cant wait to find a new vet.
