Rude receptionist- wanted full payment (claim they're bulk billing) for what was meant to be 15min consult, was there for 4min, and they were 15 min behind for 1st appointment, and receptionist said "you got an appointment?" (was the only person there!). It's a shame, people generally don't want to come to a medical centre anyway, so being abrupt and unfriendly doesn't help the cause. Elsewhere from now on.

Dr Azam is honestly the worst doctor I have ever visited. Terrible manner, indifferent, didn't ask any questions or offer any insight. Truely a waste of time. Would never go here for mental health especially.
The only asset going for this practice is their nurse Heather who was experienced, friendly and efficient. The doctor I saw for a very simple BP check was heavily accented and mumbled which was exacerbated by the mask he wore. I had to repeat myself a few times and he seemed incompetent at best, not seeming to comprehend my answers. Nothing good to say about the receptionist.
