I went here for two appointments a year ago. They asked for a copay as is normal. Then I got another bill for $58 dollars including list items like the nurse drawing blood, or other standard parts of an in office procedure. I paid that, and then 6 months later I got billed over $200 from the blood work lab for the full price of the bloodwork. I paid that, and then now a year later I'm getting another bill for $19.80. Everywhere else I go I just get charged my copay and occasionally some small overage on blood work.

My husband went to the Dock facility for an annual exam under the pretenses that he was going to see Dr. Natasha Baron, who is in network with our insurance. At his arrival he saw another clinician by the name Grace Zimmer FNP, who is also in network with our insurance. Annual physicals are covered 100% by our insurance, as I am also a state employee. Giving this primary/ urgent care 2 stars only because of my first visit to do my physical with doctor Grace she was great BUT MY FOLLOW APPOINTMENT HORRIBLE!!!! Doc grace started filling up my form and I have to wait for the lab results to come in to get the form completed. I arrive about 10-15 min before my appointment. A male medical assistant took me in a room and first thing he says “oh you have a form to be filled out?” I said yes the doctor started it already. Got referred to Jessica Edwards at Dock Medical by Zocdoc. Called before my appointment, spoke with a representative that said they participate and accept my insurance only to receive a bill more than 8 months later for over $1,000 for a regular annual physical and now both offices are closed and there is no one to speak to. The worst insurance experience ever. The representatives don't know what they're talking about and the office promotes on site radiology services which are not available and is false advertising.
