I echo the other reviewers. Our experience with Dock Street was entirely negative--they did not tell the truth and behaved in an unethical manner at almost every stage of the home buying process. If SC had laws similar to most of the rest of the country, Dock Street would have been sued out of existence long ago.
I would not trust Dockstreet, as they are deceitful and untrustworthy. I wouldn’t buy a dog house from them.
