I have been using this service to provide care to my elderly mother for over a year. Things started out fine. However over the past few months, the quality of the care has seriously slipped. We have waited for hours for appointments that were mysteriously cancelled (without letting us know), times when the clinical team had incorrect information as to the reason for the appointment, and in one instance, a lab specimen was collected using the wrong collection vial, making it unusable. This was a really great experience. Came to my home, very high tech. Very professional operation.
My husband and I tested positive. We have a 15 month old baby and didn’t want to go to the urgent care. DocGo was amazing, they found us an appointment on the same day. Tara came home and was so patient with both of us. Did all the tests and checked in with the doctor. So grateful to the entire team for such an amazing service !!!
