I wish I could leave a negative star review. I am a former patient of the Midtown location which was closed suddenly, and which provided me excellent care to that point. I was told I had the option of being transferred to another Docbraces location of our choosing. I am just about at the removal stage of my treatment. The location closed February 28 and my (likely) final appointment was scheduled for March 12. I have called, as requested, to choose a new location. I have had enough of this company and it’s run around. How does one run a business practice like this? We were previous patients of the Midtown clinic which closed end of Feb with only WEEKS notice to the patients. To make matters worse we had to figure out where we wanted to go and call to the closest offices which most aren’t even reachable with TTC subway line OR be forced to end treatment and find elsewhere to continue treatment…even if you are willing to go a docbraces location!! It took a year for my teeth alignment journey. But I couldn’t have done it without everyone at this place. The staff were amazing. I’m happy with how my teeth look.
Been a patient at this location for the past 2 years, they have done such a fantastic job with my orthodontic treatment, delivering a professional level of efficiency in treating and aligning my bite as well as straightening my teeth. Would absolutely recommend.
i had a really great experience with my braces here! everyone is very nice and i always felt like my teeth were taken care of thoroughly. i love my results!!
