The staff is kind, welcoming, and professional. Every appointment was a positive experience, and I truly appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was throughout my treatment. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the treatment itself was disappointing. If you need to see an orthodontist, this is the place to go. All of the staff here are so kind and they care about their patients, especially those who have dental fears. When they are working on you, they let you know exactly what they are going to do and what it is going to feel like, and they offer comfort to you if you need it. 4 stars because nobody really likes to go to the dentist, but these people make the experience easier for everyone.
