We have experienced significant challenges with Red Deer Orthodontics (formerly DocBraces). From billing errors and submitting claims to the wrong insurance company, to repeated failures in sending a referral to a sleep specialist, the lack of communication has been frustrating. Additionally, we were not informed of the company's transition from DocBraces to Red Deer Ortho, which added to our confusion. To make matters worse, we were quoted one price for payment to close out our contract so we could seek treatment elsewhere ... read more
