Some of the most negligent unprofessional companies I’ve ever had to deal with who don’t know how to do simple tasks if i could switch orthodontics i would the staff doesn’t even try to work with you or be flexible and they all give off the attitude of pissed off if you can go any other place I would strongly advise it there has been nothing but issues since they switched to red deer orthodontics I’m now stuck with a even longer treatment time then it already was due to the same mistake repeatedly
I just want to say thank you to the amazing team here! Red Deer Orthodontics has been very clear and helpful from start to finish, from the front desk to the dental assistants and orthodontist. Everyone’s so professional and friendly. One of the front desk ladies is always so accommodating! Definitely recommend them 100%
The 2 years I spent with Red Deer Orthodontics (formerly DocBraces when I started) for my invisalign went by smoothly! The staff are welcoming, easy to work with, and professional. The receptionist, Kathy, has been especially helpful in scheduling appointments to accommodate my varying availability. Especially since I moved to a different city early in my orthodontic treatment. I'm glad I went through my whole invisalign process with them, and I'm happy with the results!
