I transferred OUT and terminated services with MCO due to the following reasons: INACCURATE HOURS - The hours listed online and on the voicemail are not accurate. No hours on the front door either. POOR FACILITIES and COVID PRECAUTIONS - Very small and cramped. - Not sure how often they clean the plastic sheets that covers each room. SUPERFICIAL DETAILS of the TREATMENT PLAN - After they scan the teeth, you are given instructions to get your teeth cleaned by your dentist and come back to pick up your trays 2 months later. - ... read more
Docbraces on McCaul offers excellent service. Every time I go for my routine visits, the appointments are quick and efficient, and they do a great job of educating me of the process. Their customer service is great, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Any time I’ve called with questions, they always get back to me within 1 business day. In terms of the invisilign itself, it’s working very well and I’m confident that I will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to keep my teeth straight after I’m done with the sets. I had the most amazing experience with docbraces MCO. From the front desk staff to the hygienist to the doctors they were all so amazing. The service and treatment was amazing. I have finally concluded my treatment and couldn't be happier with my results!!!! Thank you docbraces MCO!!!
Although I am no longer a patient/client at MCO due to moving circumstance, I should have wrote this review awhile ago! Amazing experience at MCO and they blew me away with how friendly everyone is. My smile has drastically improved since I had started my Invisalign treatment and couldn't be happier!
