I have to say, as a mom going through orthodontics with 2 boys I am happy to be going to the Oshawa location! Dr.Haroun is very thorough and sympathetic to every situation. She also is upfront and honest which I can appreciate. During most of the appointments I did not feel the need to be with my child as I knew she would speak directly to him and make sure that he understood exactly what he needed to do. Went here for a consultation quite a while ago, and I went to a few for a consultation. This place was by far the best place in terms of explanation. At the end of the day, she said that my teeth did not need anything and that it would be money out of my own pocket for no reason. She went through my X Ray to check other things aswell, and she didnt need to, but courtesously did. I have now removed all my bonding and I plan on coming here to actually fix my teeth now with braces, instead of covering them with bonding.
Our first visit to this office was amazing. All of the staff were dressed up for Halloween and the office had such a playful feel. Lots of activities and treats for the kids made them happy, and the amazing technology used to scan my daughter’s mouth for a hockey guard blew my mind. The appointment was personable and efficient. Excellent first impression.
Lovely and welcoming atmosphere and group of staff. So many little touches to appeal to kids while maintaining the professionalism needed as an orthodontic office. Well done!
