A very bad dental clinic. It's crazy bad dental. The assistant will handle everything. Because I had a very bad experience at this company, and my friend had the same experience, I must tell my friends that under no circumstances should they get their teeth straightened here. Please share this so more people know about my experience .
Started Invisalign Feb 2022 Finished July 2024 Finished full-time essix retainers Oct 2024 and transitioned to night only Bottom essix retainers broke Jan 2025 - three month warranty after receiving new retainers so luckily was able to get a new set of retainers for free. Talked with main dentist regarding problem of breaking -> demonstrated how I took out retainers, he said it was the correct way.
