I didn’t realize there was such a professional orthodontic clinic so close to home. The facilities and service are excellent, and the space is modern, clean, and comfortable. Dr. Ng was very honest and considerate, taking my age into account and clearly explaining what options would be most suitable for me. A special thanks to Jenny—she was incredibly careful and guided me through the entire braces process. Everything felt smooth and comfortable, and she was always gentle and patient. I really appreciate her help.

I came a few months ago, it felt very sales and business oriented. The dentist came in for probably literally a minute. Spent way more time with the “treatment coordinator” who focuses on having a contract signed/deposit put down. It rubbed me the wrong way when she suggested spreading my payment across multiple credit cards right after telling me the prices? Did not come back.
