DocAir installed a split system air conditioner, had two other installations at previous properties, and I must say their service surpassed expectations given past experience, above and beyond. Exceptional professionalism and they even cleaned up thoroughly when job was completed. I was so impressed I even sent them an email congratulating their fantastic service.
Absolutely fantastic service, couldn't ask for anything further. Had to replace fan motor, while waiting for delivery Docair lent us a portable reverse cycle unit which kept us alive in 40 degree heat. Installed the new motor immediately it was received. We were sailing in comfort again. No fuss, no bother, just get on with the job!
Hard to give a positive review when I asked for a quote 5 months ago and still haven't received one and any follow-up communication seems to be ignored.
Really impressed with the prompt and friendly service by Meg who came within the morning of calling diagnosed the problem ordered the part and installed it the day it arrived. Can't complain about that!
