Best training you can possibly find!! Do not listen to the bad reviews!!! 1. Doc has HIS OWN GYM. HE ISNT AT BODY DYNAMICS. 2. I’ve known doc for over 15 years. He is by far the best trainer I’ve ever trained with and extremely reasonable. 3. You will see results WITHIN WEEKS not months. 4. A lot of people want you to baby them and give them exactly what they want when they want it..if you knew what to do you wouldn’t need a trainer would you?!? Be quiet. 🤫 lock in.
