got this place as a temp solution because of limited health care resources in Vancouver. extremely horrible experience frontline couldn't read and fully understand English and instead berate on clients. unprofessional behavior and lack of basic health care empathy. way much better experience in the other country more advanced in tech, efficiency and resources will trump this ordeal by day and night. shouldn't be allowed to participate in healthcare at all. time to catch up with the better side of the world now
I couldn't book a normal appointment because was leaving next week and they didn't have space. They suggested I walk and in asked for how long I might be waiting for a walk in for, they didn't answer. I waited for 2 hours with no updates. I asked again and they said it might be another hour. In the end I waited 3.5 hours before having to leave.
Super Dodgy/Sketchy area, but the receptionists and doctors are great. Also, they are accepting new patients for anyone who is needing a Family doctor.
Friendly fast knowledgeable..I've been seeing Dr.Horvath as my family Doctor and as my longterm treatment for substance abuse physician. It's been many years too; like over a decade. No complaints from me, not 1!! Yes I am on methadone and I have to give Dr.H credit for helping me get off the hard drugs that were killing me, staying off said dope and helping me love myself enough to choose life! The Doctor and his staff are Effin' Awesome! I could keep 'glazing' but I'm sure y'all get the point point...
