If you are a reasonable person who needs help do not come here. Do not settle for this practice. I was excited to finally receive mental healthcare - the day of my appointment 25 minutes beforehand they call me and tell me (for the first time) to arrive 10 minutes early. I tell them okay I’m leaving now. I arrive and see four people who have both urinated and vommited on the steps in front of the practice. These same people are in the middle of shooting up drugs. This medical office is terribly managed. You can never get through to them over the phone. You always need to leave a message and then they might get back to you a few days later. I advise anyone seeking a family doctor to go to a different medical clinic or just use your nearest walk-in clinic.
End of MAY of 2025: Haven't had a job since beginning of 2024 which I lost due to reasons I've been seeking medical help for. Clinical family doctor e-mails Doc-Side to get me an appointment. I don't know who it is or when to expect a return call. Mid-JUNE 2025: Ask clinical doctor to contact them again to at least let me know that they know I exist. Run don't walk away, this is a money making location serving the poor souls on the downtown eastside and they deserve better. From my experience a great place if you need pills with little to no investigations. AI the future is here
