The support staff is incompetent and doesn’t relay messages to the doctor and the doctor doesn’t put in orders correctly/forgets, blames it on being busy, doesn’t take ownership or make change. There’s always an issue with getting rErika that takes sometimes over a week to resolve, or a change in care that needs to be made that takes months. Good doctor, but these issues overshadow that. Not worth it.
THE BEST! Dr. Lee has been my doctor for 36 years & my partners for 21. We love her & have always gotten A++ care. We travel from Florida to see her because of the knowledgeable care we receive.
