Was seen quickly but they were not busy. Went for an eye related issue and received unexpected advice from the doctor. When I asked him to elaborate he became very defensive. All I wanted was a deeper explanation of the reasoning behind his recommendation. After meeting with my eye doctor, we confirmed the doctor here gave me bad advice. Super unprofessional and expensive. Do not waste your time/money here if you have an eye issue.
Took my young (11 months) son in yesterday for a fever and what turned out to be an ear infection. The doctor, Barry I think, was caring, calmed my son down expertly and provided prompt and thorough advice and guidance to us. My son is already showing signs of recovery. Thank you Doc on the Bay
If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. My mom - 84 years old - went to Doc on the Bay because of a wound on her arm that didn't seem to be healing as well as it should. Sam, the office manager, explained that they don't take Medicare (the sign they have posted does not say that), and my mom said that she'd pay the $145 fee. She then saw Barry, the PA. This is our second time coming to Doc on the Bay over our years coming down to LBI. Today we brought in my 20 month old daughter and we couldn’t have had a better experience. I was nervous bringing her somewhere other than her pediatrician but they could not have been sweeter or more patient with our little girl. Thank you, Doc on the Bay!
I had a great experience at Doc on the Bay. I cut myself badly while on vacation and they stitched me up quickly and for what I thought was a reasonable cost. Highly recommend!
