Working with Mary Kate and Eddie is absolutely amazing. They are so human in their interactions, amazing customer service, do not try to oversell services, and I just find them incredibly trust-worthy.
Can't be grateful enough of these incredible professionals. They came to fix a building sewer pipe that burst into our office and flooded everything. Eddie and Mary are so humane, professional, honest and on the spot with their level of knowledge. Their staff is amazing as well. Super respectful and hard workers. Please do not hesitate to call them. It's a family business and they can be very proud of what they do. I will proudly recommend and send as much business as possible their way.
Have really enjoyed working with the team. Great customer service and very responsive when setting up appointments as well as the team who came to my house were very knowledgeable and pleasant to have in my house. Very happy with the work they did to install a full house water filter.
Used putty instead of a wax ring and my toilet kept leaking because of it
Emailed Doc Mechanical and got an immediate response from Mary Kate. Needed them to fix some band-aid kitchen sink plumbing I did myself a few years back. They were able to come out the next day and were gracious, professional, and cleanly. Will definitely have them back for any future plumbing concerns and would highly recommend them.
