DOC Heating & Cooling did a great job getting my system back up and running on a Saturday when most larger companies weren’t available. Dan was the technician and was professional, showed up on time, and clearly explained the issue with my system. He diagnosed a failed contactor and transformer, completed the repair quickly, and everything has been running perfectly since. I also appreciated the maintenance plan option and the veteran discount. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again.

I’ve been using the team at DOC for both of my home HVAC systems for several years now. They’ve handled the semi-annual maintenance and also did an installation job for me. Most recently I had Danny out to do the summer tuneup and it was the usual professional, courteous interaction I’ve come to expect from DOC. I truly appreciate the knowledge they bring to the table and the ability to breakdown maintenance issues and affordable options. Highly recommend Danny and the team at DOC.

I had the pleasure of working with Dan. He was very polite very understanding, honest and made sure I understood everything about my system or any new replacements or system that I may need. If I had to call DOC again I would request Dan. I would give you 10 stars but it only allows 5 and you get them all. Thank you so much Dan.

Outstanding service! Mr. Dan was punctual, diagnosed our AC issue quickly, replaced the capacitor, and got it blowing cold air again the same day! He explained the problem clearly and presented options without being pushy. Dan also explained the health of our older system honestly, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary parts. Great local company and highly recommend!
