Today, I had routine maintenance completed by Daniel. As with my previous experience with DOC, this man was thorough in his assessment of my unit and took the time to answer all my questions. He drew up some quotes for U.V./purification additions - well beyond the service and scope of his job. He was friendly and genuine. DOC will service all my HVAC concerns because they do good work, and because THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE.

We have had Docs since we moved to Clarksville 4 years ago, they have always been very professional. This time we had Dan as our technician to do the maintenance on our he pumps. He did a very through job and was very knowledgeable and personable. Thanks DOC for hiring our Veterans!

Update April 20 2026 Dan was a fantastic technician, very friendly and and so enjoyable to work with. Thanks for sending such a sweet man to take care of my problem. Dawson & Dawson installed my 2 air and heating units when this house was built.
