We have had 5 different companies come try and help us find where water is getting in causing musty moldy odors. Clean your air ducts...check. clean your air conditioner...check. Clean your furnace, change your filters, clean the paneling...check check check...and NOTHING!!! We brought Mike in and WOW...his wealth of knowledge!!! I know that when we do a few key things he suggested, I will be able to breathe again in our home.
Michael and his team are true professionals. Very knowledgeable, thorough, great care and attention to detail. Honest, trustworthy and very genuine. While I was collecting bids for my crawlspace encapsulation project, it was clear that Michael was different than the rest. He spent time really trying to understand and educate what was happening and what was needed, and it was clear that he's the type of person to go well above and beyond what a lot of other companies would do. Doc Crawlspace transformed the dirty horrible crawlspace we've had forever to a clean, airy one, with better supports of the house and better access to it. We appreciate the treatment, and handling all the unforeseen difficulties about the ground and the supports. We are very pleased!
