I have known Doc for his excellence in auto care as well as many others. He takes his time in order to get the job done right. Doc is amazing! He was able to diagnose and get one of our work trucks running in a matter of 15 minutes, after another shop had given up on it and told us we would have to take it to a dealership. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, plus he is a mobile mechanic so he can come to you, and his prices are very fair.
So I actually never saw the awesome person that worked on my Jeep. I will say that he communicated very well and he was super honest. I say this because I left the part with my keys and cash in the Jeep at my place of work. He told me at the end of fixing my vehicle that I put too much money in the box and was going to leave it with the part core. Doc is hands down one the most knowledgeable mechanics I’ve ran into. I was having an awful time with my 04 ranger that was cranking but not starting randomly. Prior to him coming out i tried troubleshooting and replaced the fuel shut off inertia switch, relays, etc. With in the first 5 minutes he was able to determine i had a bad fuel pump that was sporadically cutting off and cutting on.
