Doc is amazing! He was able to diagnose and get one of our work trucks running in a matter of 15 minutes, after another shop had given up on it and told us we would have to take it to a dealership. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, plus he is a mobile mechanic so he can come to you, and his prices are very fair.

Maybe the least professional service I could have gotten. After 5 days of not even properly looking at my vehicle (despite saying he would fix it every single day) all I had to show for the time was a belt not even fully installed. He tried to make me address an AC issue before finishing the belt install. (the AC hadn’t been an issue, even after the belt came off) When I paid the doc 150$ to get my key back, I was mostly just glad I didn’t have to deal with the constant delays and excuses anymore. Doc is hands down one the most knowledgeable mechanics I’ve ran into. I was having an awful time with my 04 ranger that was cranking but not starting randomly. Prior to him coming out i tried troubleshooting and replaced the fuel shut off inertia switch, relays, etc. With in the first 5 minutes he was able to determine i had a bad fuel pump that was sporadically cutting off and cutting on. So I actually never saw the awesome person that worked on my Jeep. I will say that he communicated very well and he was super honest. I say this because I left the part with my keys and cash in the Jeep at my place of work. He told me at the end of fixing my vehicle that I put too much money in the box and was going to leave it with the part core. Honest, compassionate and knowledgeable. Two moms trying to get their kids home safe, stranded 3 hours from home, on a Sunday & Doc came to the rescue. His honest business practices are so rare. I promise he should absolutely be your first and only call for car trouble. I am so grateful and filled with peace of mind getting our babies home safe.
