I had a disappointing experience with Wayne. It's frustrating when someone I've given a lot of business to doesn't reciprocate with the same level of commitment. He did not want to look at my daughter’s car that I towed to his shop because it probably didn’t have a lot of money for him. He wants to replace parts but doesn’t want to diagnose. Found this repair place on line and thought lets give him a chance. Boy was i wrong. My car had check engine light on with two problems found. Says i can fix it both issues. $1900 dollars later i get my car took it home. Guess what the next day same problem. I called and explained my car still has misfire from the same cylinder. Says oh wow thats strange bring it in so i can look at again. So i drop off my car again. Wayne from Doc Auto has been incredibly helpful to my daughters who's car broke down and they had to get replacement used cars. He's honest, direct, and very generous. I highly recommend working with him.
Price is expensive. Take it to the dealer. Better price.
