Years ago, when u did nit have my own transportation I was forced to switch to Dr Glowaki because it was easier for my parents to transport us to Dr visits in between our work schedules. When I was capable of driving my kids to their appts anywhere, she would not accept my kids back as patients simply because Dr Glowaki had seen them for a short time. She was my daughter’s pediatrician from 1 month old until she was 18 years old . She is now 21 years old . Dr Koubicek was by far the Very Best pediatrician .

Last year, when the pandemic started, I called to make my daughter an appointment, they stated that they were not taking any patients around that time, only if the child is really sick. Later, I called many of times and was told by the nurse, I will get a called back to schedule an appointment for my daughter. She is rude. She acts if she does not like to be called when she is on call or see your child. She will tell you to see your Pediatrician Monday. She talks over you when you're explaining what's wrong with your child. As a concern parent trying to get answers about a baby, she appeared to be inconsiderate, yelling on the phone. Specifically told me no I can't see the baby, bring baby to ER or wait until baby can see the Pediatrician. This was a Saturday morning mind you, so your child suffers until Monday.
