Dobson's did a great job on my 2000 Mercedes. I had quite a bit of maintenance done (I was just at a particular mileage point for certain things). I appreciated Austin keeping me updated, plus breaking down the recommendations for the pressing items that should be done first and what could wait for the next visit. I'm a happy customer!

Excellent customer service! I have taken my 1987 325is to John for years. Just needed some major repairs. They have always communicated what needs to be done and completed the work as promised. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

I’ve been very pleased with the service in the past. However my most recent service visit was frustrating. I dropped my car off for routine maintenance and also requested service to identify the source of a noise that would come and go. The shop diagnosed the source as a damaged sway bar and I authorized the replacement. After picking the car up the noise was still there. I dropped it off again for a day and was advised when I returned that “we put it on the lift but we can’t find the source”. So I wound up spending several ... read more
