Our experience with Dobson Floors was the worst we've ever had with any company. Wish we'd read the Yelp reviews prior to doing business with them. My husband and I paid 50% upfront for new flooring & installation for 1400+ sq ft in our house. I called the sales rep on day 1 of the installation and left a message that it was not being done correctly - he never returned my call.
