Hands down best people to work with! I walked in and was very frustrated about another companies service of how they treated customers, as well as their prices. Then met Emory and he helped me so much. Let me pick out everything on the cart to make it personalized. I will NEVER go anywhere else.
The owner and his staff have taken care of my family on more than one occasion! Not only did they give us a great deal on golf cart batteries (best deal we found in the tri state area) but they also gave us a battery strap even though they had none left on the shelf! I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends!
Purchased a leaf blower from DTM. Excellent value on a dependable piece of equipment. I have used it multiple times and it runs exceptionally well. Mike and Tom, both work the counter, were very friendly and knowledgeable. I am in the market for a golf cart and I am definitely going there to buy it.
If I could give a -1 star I would .... horrible customer service , doesn't come through on their promises , won't return phone calls after deposits were made, changes their story constantly when confronted with issues then they become very defensive and try to over speak you as if you were wrong, hands down will never deal with this company again!!!!!! Stay clear and save yourself some trouble !!!!!
I bought my ez go golf cart from Emory back in September 2016. My experience with Emory and his company was top notch. I looked all over before heading to DTM. I couldn't beat his price anywhere else if I tried. As soon as I walked into his showroom I knew immediately I would be buying something from him.
