The front desk people were super nice, made me feel very welcome, made conversation with me and even complimented me. It was a very pleasant experience. However. When I met Dr. Dobratz, he was very emotionless with me, didn't smile, didn't make conversation, looked at what I wanted a quote for, gave me info, then shook my hand to say good bye without giving me eye contact at all, and left the room. Awesome experience with Dr. Dobratz. Would highly recommend him and plan to use him again.
I have had two surgeries by this doctor and my breathing is even worse than before. I went back to see what else could be done and he mentioned a third surgery. That’s when I said NO MORE. I regret the day I met him. He has destroyed my ability to taste and smell, made my nose look ugly and I cannot breathe. Now I’m searching for someone to fix the damage he has done. Please find another doc. I’m not sure how he has this many positive reviews.
Dr.Dobratz.hands down great,he did wonders on my nose,I checked for 2 years and then I found him ,and knew he was the one,,He is getting ready to do a little bit more work,I can't wait,The staff is always great at answering any questions you have,I highly recommend Dr.Dobratz and his staff.
